Student registration

Students can register at a reduced rate. Full-time students enrolled in a college or a university can register as a student. Proof of status from the Registrar’s office verifying the full-time status is required. Copy of the proof is sent to

Part-time students, postdoctoral candidates, PhD candidates and others that cannot meet these requirements are not eligible for the discounted student rates.

Payment of conference fees

The acceptable payment methods are credit card, or invoice (invoicing fee 14 Eur will be added).

The conference fees should be fully paid in Euro by credit card at the same time with your registration or in due time if you request an invoice. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. SSL secured credit card payment is possible through the conference registration system.

The invoice reference number given on the invoice must show as identification on the bank transaction. The invoice will give all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. All bank charges should be covered by the payer.

Terms and Conditions


The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.

Cancellation of registration

All cancellations must be made in writing to

  • Cancellations received prior to or on 2 March, 2017 – Full refund (deducted with EUR 50 administration fee).
  • Cancellations received after 2 March, 2017 – No refunds (100% payment to be made if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)

There will be no refund for no-shows.

The conference organisation does not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid conference fees.
